CLONED HUMAN BLACTOCYSTS

Under the title :"Development of Human Blastocysts cloned Following Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer (SCNT) with Adult Fibroblasts", Andrew J French and his team of Corporation La Jolla/Ca/USA, has just announced the successful cloning of human blastocysts from differentiated adult human cells. A successful placing ever closer to the generation of self-cells, self- órgans and personalised medicine tailored to each patient. The study used 29 enucleated oocytes from 3 to young women who were added differentiated fibroblasts male nuclei with normal karyotype. The authors add that also were transferred mitochondrial genomes. The article appears in the latest issue of the journal Stem Cell.
BLASTOCISTOS HUMANOS CLONADOS
